A)   RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN HALEPA, CHANIA

The residential complex consisting of six independent luxurious maisonettes developed on three levels with garden and parking space.

All maisonettes have been solidly constructed with high quality materials (white marble, stainless railings, oaken floors, Italian kitchens) while particular emphasis was given to the landscaping of the surrounding area.

The residential complex covers a total surface of 1,000m² on an area of 785m².

The project was completed in August 2003.

B)   EXPANSION OF HALEPA’S RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

In the terms of the expansion of Halepa’s Residential Complex, the company bought the adjacent building site of 709m² in order to construct an apartment building of high quality standards, similar to those of the first complex, that will cover a total surface of 1,000m².

The project has been at implementation stage since January 2004 and it will be completed in December 2005.

C)   RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN LOUTRAKI AKROTIRIOU

In the area of Loutraki Akrotiriou on a privately owned building site of 4,000m² the company will construct two independent luxurious residences of total surface of 140m² with private swimming pool and view to the sea.

The features of this complex also include shared tennis court, children playground and barbeque facilities.
